This rooms are old, dirty and filled with small cockroaches. The house keeping staffs are hard working and polite but front desk staff are arrogant and bad. They are forcing the guests for a review while waiting for checkin at the lobby to make sure they get good reviews. The breakfast is mediocre. A street cart breakfast in Chennai will be far better than the free breakfast that comes with the room. A cheap motel in the USA is cleaner than this hotel room. This hotel room is not worth the price. When I complained about cleanliness, the manager called me on phone and offered free dinner which I refused.
